如遇到資源使用上的不足，只需在Service Quotas控制台申請或開CASE
以下為開單申請調整彈性IP數量額度上限流程
開單頁面選擇Looking for service limit increases
選擇中間的Service limit increases，接著選擇你要的申請服務
最後選擇你要申請的區域跟額度即可
